Common sizes are 800 × 500 and 1200 × 800 mm, with square or round tube, external nozzles or drilled spray openings, 6/7/10/14/24 or custom nozzle count, custom inlet, handle and dimensions. Carbon steel uses red powder coating; stainless steel retains a natural finish. Only LX1200-800-24 has the stated report data.
Connect and check the water supply → position the unit near the vehicle → push it beneath the vehicle from a safe position → gradually open the supply → continue cooling under professional supervision → shut off water → release pressure → remove and inspect.
Test data for the submitted LX1200-800-24 sample only. Results must not be applied to other sizes or nozzle configurations without separate verification.
Test results apply only to the submitted LX1200-800-24 sample. It completed 15 minutes of discharge at 1.2 MPa without loosening, detachment or damage, and a 1.6 MPa hydrostatic sealing test for 5 minutes without leakage at sealed connections. Measured total discharge: 457.2 L/min at 0.15 MPa; 700.3 at 0.35 MPa; 877.5 at 0.55 MPa; 1023.7 at 0.75 MPa. Measured nozzle K values: 15.8, 15.5, 15.9; angles: 90°, 91°, 90°. Trolley turning capability was 360°. These pressures are test conditions, not rated or maximum operating pressures.
A rated operating-pressure range and maximum allowable working pressure have not yet been established. Water-supply pressure and operating conditions must be reviewed before ordering for the selected model, nozzle quantity, connection and site system.
Standard height is about 100 mm with a recommended minimum underbody clearance of about 120 mm. A low-profile custom unit can be about 80 mm high. Actual compatibility requires the vehicle underbody drawing, battery layout and protruding-component review, with movement clearance above the unit.
Provide vehicle type, underbody drawing or space, required dimensions, available water pressure and flow, inlet connection, material, nozzle arrangement, quantity, destination country and applicable project standard or certification requirement.
Commissioned Test Report No. 2026-JAJC-BG1467, according to SY/LXXF 001-2026, applies to the submitted LX1200-800-24 sample. It is not a UL, FM or CE product certification.
Evacuate and call emergency services first. Operation is for fire services or trained professionals. Never crawl under a vehicle. Confirm the coupling before gradually applying pressure. EV battery fires can reignite; water-reactive substances, special chemicals and high-voltage risks require professional judgment. This is auxiliary cooling equipment, not an automatic vehicle system, and it cannot be guaranteed to extinguish every battery fire by itself.
No. It provides auxiliary underbody water cooling under professional supervision and does not replace emergency services.
Only LX1200-800-24 has the stated data. 1.2 MPa was the 15-minute discharge condition; 1.6 MPa was the 5-minute sealing condition. Neither is a rated or maximum working pressure.
Yes, subject to drawing and engineering confirmation. Alternative connections and adapters must be confirmed before production.
Spare nozzles and seals are not normally standard but can be discussed for bulk orders. MOQ is one set; sample time is about 3 days and normal production about 10 days.
No such certification is claimed. The available document is a commissioned report for the submitted sample under the stated enterprise specification.
It supports sustained water cooling beneath an EV and around the battery-pack area under professional supervision.
For LX1200-800-24: 457.2, 700.3, 877.5 and 1023.7 L/min at 0.15, 0.35, 0.55 and 0.75 MPa respectively.
The standard unit is about 100 mm high and about 120 mm minimum clearance is recommended, subject to drawing review.
Yes, approximately 80 mm unit height may be possible, but vehicle compatibility and movement clearance must be reviewed.
Yes, according to the vehicle drawing and engineering confirmation. Untested configurations do not inherit the reported flow data.
Yes, SS304 and SS316 are available options, subject to final order confirmation.
Yes. Connections or adapters can be configured for the project and must be confirmed before production.
No. It was the pressure used for a 15-minute discharge test on the submitted sample.
A size-matched carton is standard. Foam, corner guards, plastic protection, wooden cases or pallets can be added as agreed.
Yes. Two-dimensional CAD and three-dimensional confirmation drawings can be provided according to the project.
