Configuration options

• Carbon steel, aluminum, or stainless steel 201/304/316
• Typical sheet thickness of 0.8–1.5 mm
• Surface-mounted, recessed, semi-recessed or floor-standing
• Fixed or swing-arm hose reel accommodation
• Reel diameter, width and mounting position designed around the selected reel
• Left- or right-side reel installation and custom water-inlet direction
• Solid, glass or acrylic doors; single or double door construction
• Custom positions for valves, hoses, nozzles, couplings and extinguisher compartments

Empty or equipped

The cabinet can be supplied empty, with mounting provisions, or as an assembled package. Component brands, models, dimensions and certification requirements are selected by the customer and confirmed before quotation. Photographs show representative layouts only.

Assembly and testing

Assemblies are checked before shipment, and inspection photographs can be supplied. Upon request, water-flow or pressure testing can be performed on hose reels, valves, hoses and their connections. Test conditions and acceptance criteria must be agreed before production.

Ordering

MOQ is 30 pieces per model. Simple samples may take approximately three days; production normally takes 7–15 working days, subject to quantity and complexity. Standard carton packing is available, with optional protection, wooden cases and pallets.
