LIUXING FIRE manufactures made-to-order fire cabinets for distributors, contractors and project buyers. Cabinet dimensions, material, mounting method, door design, openings and internal arrangement can be developed around your drawings, samples or equipment list. If no finished drawing is available, our team can assist with 2D CAD and 3D design for approval before production.
Choose carbon steel, aluminum, or stainless steel 201, 304 or 316. Typical sheet thickness is 0.8–1.5 mm. Powder coating is available for carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel, with RAL colors or customer-supplied color samples. Stainless steel cabinets can also be supplied in brushed or mirror finishes.
The internal layout can be designed around hose reels, valves, hoses, nozzles, couplings and fire extinguishers. Empty cabinets and configured cabinet assemblies are both available. Equipment shown in photographs represents sample configurations only; final dimensions and contents follow the approved project drawing.
MOQ is 30 pieces per model. A simple standard sample may be completed in approximately three days; custom complexity can affect sampling time. Typical production is 7–15 working days and is confirmed according to quantity and design. Standard carton packing is provided. Protective materials, packing quantity, wooden cases and pallets can be arranged according to the product and shipping requirements.
Cabinet certification is not implied. Certified hose reels, valves, hoses or other components can be sourced upon request. Documentation, brand, model, quantity, price and lead time must be confirmed for each configuration.
Yes. We accept project dimensions, drawings and physical samples. We can also assist with 2D CAD and 3D design.
Yes. Dimensions are developed according to the project and selected internal equipment.
Outdoor-oriented configurations and rain canopies can be made to customer drawings. No specific IP or salt-spray rating is claimed unless separately tested and agreed.
Yes. Labels, laser marking, customer logos, symbols and multilingual text can be produced from approved artwork.
